Sun & Moon Esthetics LLC Policy::
Your appointment and well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays or emergencies can occur, making a need for schedule adjustments. This policy is set to protect my business.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours notice.
• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a fee of 75% of the booked service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I will not be able to accommodate you.
